Wham.app is an intermediary that connects you with independent experience organizers. The organizer - not Wham.app - provides the experience and is responsible for it.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract.

A booking is a contract between you and the organizer. Prices, availability, and cancellation terms are set by the organizer and shown before you pay.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the organizer's policy displayed at checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, Wham.app is not liable for the acts of organizers, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activity.

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version with an updated date.
